Sarah Dade, Partner & Co-Founder of Crementum Capital Holdings, brings immense first-hand knowledge and insight from her career that spans over two decades in sales, business development, operations, and executive performance and development. She spent nearly 10 years of her career in Hedge Funds and Private Equity in New York City before becoming a full-time entrepreneur in 2012 where she has since founded, advised, invested in and sold businesses.
Immediately prior to joining Crementum Capital, Sarah was a seasoned business development strategist to entrepreneurs of small to mid-size companies, and serves on the board of directors for start-ups and philanthropic organizations. In 2015, she founded SD Advisors, LLC and Co-founded Caymus Consulting Group. LLC, both consulting firms focused on nurturing successful businesses through growth and scaling by bringing together the best strategic plans, talent, resources and financing.
Sarah also has an extensive holistic health background. In 2011, she founded, SD Wellness, LLC, a successful corporate wellness business that ran for 8 years where she brought executive performance coaching and wellness programming to companies focused on retaining talent and creating a happy and healthy workplace environment. In 2014, she opened a wellness center in Summit, NJ which served as headquarters for her corporate wellness office, and provided the community with integrative doctors and holistic health practitioners all in one place.
In her spare time she enjoys being with her family, and diving into personal development and acquiring certifications. Some highlights include: Optimize Mental Performance Coach, Board Certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach, Positive Psychology, Mediation, 300 hr RYT, Personal Trainer, Holistic Hormone Balancing Coach, Relationship & Communication Coach, Strategic Marketing and studied many spiritual practices from around the world.
Darren graduated from Santa Clara University in 1993 with a BS in Business Management. Shortly after graduating he started his career in the software industry. Darren spent eight very successful years in software sales for some of the top companies in the tech space in Silicon Valley, most notably Netscape Communications.
While employed in the tech space, Darren acquired stock options that he eventually sold which introduced him to trading in the financial markets and led to the next phase of his career in the financial industry. He spent a decade in multiple capacities as a trader in the futures and forex markets, as a Series 6, 63 & 65 licensed financial advisor with Transamerica Financial Advisors and as an Internal Wholesaler with Table Bay Financial providing guidance to other financial advisors on what life insurance and annuities products were best suited for their clients’ needs.
In 2019, Darren Co-Founded Elton Glenn Capital LLC, providing capital conduit consulting between early stage and established companies and the private capital they need to launch or expand those companies. The capital funding experience and network built in the course of business with EGC led to the natural partnership in Crementum Capital Holdings and the next stage of Darren's entrepreneurial journey.
Darren’s diverse background in sales, financial services and entrepreneurship combined with his natural analytical strengths have given him significant interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and partners, evaluate the merits and viability of projects and bring the capital needed for Crementum Capital's acquisitions.
Josh Varcoe, Partner & Co-Founder of Crementum Capital Holdings, brings his diverse nationwide experience in construction, heavy equipment, real estate investing, coaching, network marketing, and alternative investments.
Josh's first foray in investments was with his company, Elton Glenn LLC, where he wholesaled homes in the Atlanta Metro Area. He then successfully coached and consulted several startups in that space on scaling, which exponentially grew his network.
As Josh continued his coaching & consulting business, he also became a top producer in multiple Network Marketing Companies, generating millions of dollars in sales.
In 2018, he took a deep dive into the private capital markets, leading him to form partnerships and relationships to fully fund his projects. Over the next 12 months, he massively expanded his financial sector network with Hedge Funds, Private Equity Firms, Family Offices and Individual Investors. In 2019, he co-founded Elton Glenn Capital with his business partner Darren Filpi, creating a conduit to Private Capital for their projects in the Real Estate Sector.
Now utilizing those same connections, and his 10+ years of entrepreneurial experience, he and his partners at CCH are on a mission to positively impact, acquire, grow and scale SMB’s in a myriad of metros and an array of arenas.
Chase Tolleson creatively and scientifically designs minds and bodies, and is known as the "CEO Whisperer" for his success in leading professionals in uncovering their hidden potential through thoughtful examination of their internal limitations.
Chase's career started in the Navy where he served 4 years and gained valuable insight into what the mind and body can do, realizing the importance of making health and personal development realistic for a demanding schedule and workdays that went as long as 36 hours. Upon exiting the military, he built a boutique fitness and training facility and implemented a personal development program to work hand in hand, to help individuals truly step into their most powerful selves. The success of this grew into four more branches that were led by mentees of his.
With Crementum, Chase brings his development approach to impact all the individuals working within the acquired businesses. Peter Drucker said "Culture eats strategy for breakfast" and Chase knows that culture is built from the top down, by developing the individuals first.
Chase holds a rolodex of certifications, including being one of 50 Enlifted Level 3 Coaches in the world, and is on the education team for Enlifted Coaches.
